If you are seeing this page, and you expected to see your website, chances are there is a billing problem or you have nothing installed at this url.
If billing isn't an issue, you simply need to install something at the root of this domain.
Billing Issues
If it's a billing issue, you shuold have gotten an email telling you about it. We have a 10 day grace period for you to update billing issues. If you have passed your grace period, your account goes into suspension for another 10 days before it's automatically cancelled. If you do nothing, after 14 days, your account will be deleted.
How To Solve Billing Issues
Please login to your membership account and follow the steps below.
- Click "Settings" button on the left-side navigation
- Click on the "Billing Information" page
- Find the invoice section at the bottom of this page
- Click the "View" invoice icon next to the unpaid invoice (hint: looks like an eye)
- Click the "Pay" button at the bottom of the window (hint:make sure you have the most current billing info in your account setup)
Note:
If you are in suspension, our billing system runs once a day, at midnight PST. If you update your billing and pay any outstanding invoices, your site will be back up the next day once the billing cycle resumes.
